April 16, 2015
Philadelphia, PA – April 16, 2015 – IntegriChain, a rapidly growing cloud company focused on channel management for healthcare suppliers, today announced it will host a free webinar for healthcare manufacturers on best practices for incorporating downstream inventory into gross-to-net accounting practices on Tuesday, May 12 at 11 am. IntegriChain’s Co-Founder and Executive Vice President Josh Halpern will join Director of Solution Engineering Dave Weiss in presenting data-driven best practices for estimating inventory when calculating gross-to-net. To register, go to IntegriChain free gross-to-net webinar.
The use of IntegriChain’s data in gross-to-net accounting practices allows manufacturers to lay an unparalleled framework that creates reporting consistency and reliability for reserve management, loss of exclusivity and launch reserve tracking and planning, budget and production cycle planning, and forecasting inventory movements and trends.
This webinar will focus on best practices for estimating inventory when calculating gross-to-net to eliminate gross overstatements or understatements of pipeline liabilities that do not triangulate well with other channel commerce data sets. The presenters will cover real-world methodologies to avoid error risk in estimating the impact of downstream inventory on gross-to-net and best practices for using auditor-approved downstream inventory data and analytics for preparing for loss of exclusivity (LOE), tightening gross-to-net reserves, and improving visibility to gross sales forecast risk.
“Most healthcare manufacturers only see 40% to 60% of their inventory through 852 data, creating significant risk in total pipeline reserves – a highly critical component to every gross-to-net accounting process,” said Halpern. “Increasingly, healthcare manufacturers and their auditors rely on IntegriChain’s enhanced inventory data sets to estimate downstream inventory for any NDC distributed in the downstream pipeline across all channels of business. The use of IntegriChain’s data in gross-to-net accounting practices allows manufacturers to lay an unparalleled framework that creates reporting consistency and reliability for reserve management, loss of exclusivity and launch reserve tracking and planning, budget and production cycle planning, and forecasting inventory movements and trends.”
