Philadelphia, PA, December 10, 2018 – IntegriChain, a leading life sciences commercial data and analytics company that helps innovative bio/pharma manufacturers identify and remove barriers to patient therapy initiation and adherence, today announced that Sarah Starr, a technology executive with more than 20 years of customer services and operations experience, joins as Vice President, Customer Services, to lead IntegriChain’s Professional Services and Customer Operations organizations. Starr previously led large service teams at eBay and GSI Commerce.

Starr offers more than 20 years of experience in customer success and customer services, including more than 10 years in key leadership positions. Most recently, she was Director of Client Services, Professional Services for iPipeline (a Thoma Bravo company), where she was responsible for senior customer relationships and software delivery for Fortune 500 customers and smaller enterprises. Prior to joining iPipeline, Starr served as Head of Operations for Pepperjam (formerly eBay), where she led seven M&A and exit transactions in a single year. Previously, she was a member of the eBay leadership team, serving in a number of executive positions including Global Separation Lead for eCommerce Divestiture – Marketing and Vice President of Client Delivery Operations. She also served as Vice President of Client Services for TrueAction, a GSI Commerce Company, prior to its acquisition by eBay.
