Josh Halpern co-founded IntegriChain in 2006 and brings more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, data, and analytics. As the company's Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for corporate management and leadership of IntegriChain’s global workforce and strategic planning for the company, focusing on driving long-term business value across the company’s operations, its go-to-market strategy and teams, and its technology organization and roadmaps. From IntegriChain’s founding through its initial venture capital-backed growth, Halpern led the development of IntegriChain’s market leading channel and patient data aggregation solutions. Following the company’s partnership with Accel-KKR in 2016, Halpern has been a key leader in five successful acquisitions and their integration within the IntegriChain business and IntegriChain’s ICyte technology platform. In that time, IntegriChain has grown to become a visionary technology, data, consulting, and outsourcing platform for data-driven drug commercialization with more than 600 team members and 400 customers. Halpern is a frequent industry speaker and author on data-driven strategies for patient access and therapy commercialization. He earned his bachelor's degree at Princeton University.
Matt Heyman leads IntegriChain’s Global Finance and Accounting organizations. He brings IntegriChain more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and M&A. Prior to IntegriChain, Matt held various leadership roles at Diligent Corporation, where revenue increased fivefold during his tenure. Prior to Diligent, Matt served on the corporate development team at Fleetmatics, a publicly traded SaaS business, through a successful acquisition. He began his career in the investment banking and management consulting industries. Matt earned a BA degree in economics from The George Washington University.
Tim Murdoch leads the Sales, Marketing, and Industry Solutions organizations at IntegriChain. In this role, Tim is responsible for driving new business development, enhancing customer relationship management, expanding market penetration, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in delivering technology solutions to the life sciences industry, Tim is a seasoned commercial leader. Before joining IntegriChain, he held several key leadership roles at Adobe, most recently serving as General Manager of the Adobe Experience Cloud for North America’s Healthcare and Life Sciences division. In this capacity, he led the division’s strategy and operations, driving significant growth and innovation. Prior to his tenure at Adobe, Tim was the Regional/Area Vice President at Salesforce, where he managed strategic and enterprise account teams, delivering high-impact solutions to key clients. His career also includes various sales leadership roles at SAP, where he contributed to the company’s success in the enterprise technology space. Tim holds a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Washington & Jefferson College.
Vickie Kozhushchenko leads IntegriChain’s global People and Culture organization, including talent acquisition, organization and talent development, and people operations. Her primary focus is on continuous development of company culture, aligning the company’s people strategy with its business drivers, and coaching and partnership with senior leaders. She delivers more than 25 years of global HR experience, including senior executive roles at Clean Earth, Aramark, Turner Broadcasting System, Comcast, and Coordinated Health as well as extensive acquisition integration experience. Her expertise is in engineering and re-engineering business processes, development of comprehensive talent management strategies, evaluation and implementation of human capital management systems, and the analysis and improvement of organizational systems through customized training, development, and coaching programs. Vickie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
As CTO, Brad Burget drives the technology innovation for IntegriChain with accountability for the company’s Product, Engineering, PMO, and technical shared services to deliver value to our customers. Brad delivers the vision and is an evangelist for IntegriChain’s unified ICyte Platform for Market Access to customers and key stakeholders. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at IntegriChain, responsible for Customer Operations, Data Operations, and Technical Operations. Brad delivers more than 25 years of experience in product management and engineering in the life sciences and technology industries, leading large development teams as companies scaled to the next level. Throughout his career, he drove leading-edge analytics technology selection and integration, creating best-in-class analytics platforms. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Brad’s experience included leading the product innovation center at Element Financial/PHH, concentrating on delivering leading-edge predictive analytics and big data analysis for this Fortune 500 company. Previously he successfully led Product, Engineering, and the Professional Services Organization through significant and complex growth at Basys, a leading software-as-a-service provider for the life sciences market. Brad has multiple Product Management, Agile, and Project Management certifications and earned a BS degree in Physics from Iowa State University.
Sean Downey leads IntegriChain’s global operations team, including SaaS and BPaaS Operations, Professional Services, and Data Solutions. Sean brings a proven track record of establishing operational rigor at scale in highly complex and fast-paced lines of business, where speed and precision are non-negotiable. Previously, he led the Life Sciences Outsourced service practice at Cumberland Consulting Group, a leading outsourced services and consulting firm, which was acquired by IntegriChain in 2020. With more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical contracting and compliance, Sean focuses on helping Life Sciences manufacturers establish and enhance effective business and technical operations to manage government-driven programs including Medicaid, SPAP, Medicare, 340B VA and Tricare. Previously, he served as Managing Partner for Mindlance, as Senior Manager of Technical Services at I-many, and held senior engineering and operations positions in the chemical and paper industries. Sean earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
Bill Roth, a recognized expert on business model development in healthcare, leads IntegriChain's Strategy and Operational Consulting organizations. Bill founded Blue Fin Group, which was acquired by IntegriChain in 2022, in 2001 and grew the organization into a leading access and commercialization management consulting firm. For more than 25 years, he has helped both start-ups and industry leaders improve patient care, financial health, and the strategic direction of their organizations. His unique experience, skillset, and knowledge has been built by working directly with almost every type of business model across the pharmaceutical industry. As a highly sought-after thought leader, Bill is often cited by market researchers and analysts for his accurate predictions of future trends. He speaks frequently at industry conferences and was featured on the cover of Pharmaceutical Commerce in January 2016 as a leader in the sector. Prior to founding Blue Fin, Bill spent nearly 10 years at Cardinal Health in management and executive roles. He earned a BS in business administration from Saint Michael’s College.
Lelah Alt is the Vice President of Organizational Development and People Operations in IntegriChain’s People & Culture team. She is a highly skilled and intuitive HR professional with 20 years of extensive experience in multiple industries, including financial services, professional services, and technology, with the majority of her career developing HR teams within high-growth, continuously evolving organizations. Lelah applies strategic vision with business needs and organizational readiness to create programs that scale and grow with the business. Over the past four years at IntegriChain, she has focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness in the people-management processes with a constant emphasis on employee and manager development, operational excellence, and creating best-in class programs. Prior to IntegriChain, Lelah worked to establish and build out the HR team within a management consulting and training firm, while focusing on acquisitions, international expansion, and market scope increase. She earned a Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.
As Executive Director of the Portfolio Management Office and Chief of Staff, Donna drives the overall planning and governance functions at IntegriChain. She ensures transparency and a predictable cadence in the delivery of our product strategy and roadmap, provides monitoring and control of all key corporate initiatives, and oversees the day-to-day operations of our agile management office for the engineering and product teams. With more than 20 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, Donna brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Prior to joining IntegriChain, she led the Portfolio Operations function at Syniverse and specialized in technical project management, leading large-scale conversion and new product launch efforts at JPMorgan Chase and Wachovia Bank Card Services. Donna holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP®) and various agile management methodologies, as well as credentials in organizational change management and leadership. She earned her bachelor's degree in Management from Shorter University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Florida.
Michael Kerman joined IntegriChain in 2020 and is our SVP of Marketing, responsible for all facets of IntegriChain’s branding, thought leadership, lead and demand generation, product marketing, and market research. He brings to IntegriChain a deep and proven background in building world-class marketing capabilities, commercializing technology solutions and services, and driving profitable, sustainable growth. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Michael was the Chief Marketing Officer for RDC, a technology company focused on the KYC/AML market, which was sold to Moody’s in 2019. Michael has previously held senior marketing, product management, and general management positions with Revitas, CDI, SAP, Overland Storage, Computer Associates, and Symantec. Michael has an MBA from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Masters training in Computer Science from Hofstra University, and a BS in Chemistry from Binghamton University. He also completed executive-level coursework at Stanford/Ivey School of Business and MIT.
Maria Latulippe is responsible for IntegriChain's global Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams. She has more than 30 years of experience in engineering and product development in technology and information management companies, primarily focused on the life sciences industry. Maria delivers proven success in driving the global utilization of IntegriChain’s ICyte engineering team across multiple locations. She previously served as a member of LIQUENT and PAREXEL leadership teams, driving engineering efficiencies while consistently delivering product roadmaps, having begun her career in technology consulting at Andersen Consulting's Life Sciences practice (now Accenture). Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Connecticut.
Jeff Lee is a seasoned Sales executive, with an exceptional track record in leading Sales teams and partnering with pharmaceutical manufacturers of all types and sizes. Previously, he led the Life Sciences practice at Cumberland Consulting Group, a leading outsourced services and consulting firm, which was acquired by IntegriChain in 2020. With more than two decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, Jeff is a subject matter expert in commercial and government contracting, including chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid and government pricing. In 2007, he founded Mindlance Life Sciences, which merged with Cumberland in 2013. Previously, Jeff served in leadership roles at Edge Dynamics and I-many. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
Rick Moore is a Managing Partner at Federal Compliance Solutions, an IntegriChain Company (FCS). He is highly experienced in providing Commercial and Government Pricing (GP) compliance, Contracting, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Compliance and M&A support with a focus on Market Access and the management of associated operational, strategic, and financial risks for emerging, small, mid‐size, and top‐ten pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers. Rick has a deep understanding of the dynamic healthcare ecosystem and has helped more than 40 pre‐commercial or first US commercial entrants stand up an infrastructure to comply and operate within the US government and commercial environment. He has worked with all types of Pharma organizations and products including brand, generics, and biosimilars, and has experience with the nuances of specialty, rare, and orphan biologics. He has led many high‐profile GP assessments and restatements including litigation support for clients with alleged False Claims Act violations related to GP, assessments and restatements due to M&A, monitoring, and auditing from an OIG Settlement or other regulator requirement. Prior to FCS, Rick led the Pricing & Contracting Solutions (PaCS) Advisory practice at Deloitte where he oversaw and led a wide range of services around GP, FMV and BFSFs, State Price Transparency, Commercial Contract Strategy and Operations, and GTN. Previously, he held senior roles at CIS and Baker Tilly US. Rick earned a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
Dhruv Patel is Vice President of Professional Services & SaaS Support, leading all functions of customer implementations, support and processing – supporting more than 150 pharmaceutical manufacturers. Previously, Dhruv was IntegriChain’s Executive Director of Trade Operations, serving as the leader for the Chargebacks, Purchase Based Rebates, Script Management, and Technical Support service team. Dhruv has more than 17 years of Life Science industry experience working with small to large pharmaceutical manufacturers and more than 20 years of Information Technology experience working in the Healthcare, Services, and Life Sciences areas while performing roles in Engineering, Technical Consulting, Project Management, and Leadership. He has a vast expertise in implementation of large systems and building IT solutions across board areas of the business. Prior to being acquired by IntegriChain in 2020, Dhruv was Implementation Leader and Project Manager at Cumberland Consulting Group for 13 years. Previously, he was an engineering team leader at AON building a Healthcare management system supporting a vast US and International customer base. Dhruv has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
Reena supports pharmaceutical manufacturers across the entire commercialization spectrum, primarily focusing on product commercialization launches, specifically strategy development and implementation around supply chain, channel and patient services, contracting, government pricing, gross to net and reimbursement/pricing. Her experience allows her to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functional areas, delivering pragmatic, implementable full commercialization solutions across various product archetypes such as tweener, specialty and orphan/rare products. Reena is also an expert in government pricing, contracting, compliance and an array of reimbursement topics, including helping to interpret and analyze the impact of healthcare policy areas. She also translates internal impacts to commercial customers, helping manufacturer clients interpret how their strategies will affect downstream and upstream stakeholders, building detailed gross to net (GTN) and revenue impact models. Reena possesses the specialized professional knowledge to effectively advise clients on the complex healthcare ecosystem. Reena’s expertise is shown by her long-term relationships with clients, their in-house counsel, outside law firms, and other industry sources. She is focused on building strong, enduring relationships with her clients, and has gained their trust and confidence. Reena holds a BS in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business from the Mayes College of Healthcare Business and and Policy, University of Sciences in Philadelphia.
Sachin Sadekar leads IntegriChain’s India operations, including Engineering, Product Management, and Managed Services. With more than 25 years of experience, Sachin is a seasoned technology and managed services executive with significant Life Sciences experience. Prior to joining IntegriChain, he served as Associate Vice President of Life Sciences Delivery for Cognizant where he led a team of 12,000 professionals and successfully delivered digital transformation journeys including cloud transformations that leveraged data and analytics for Life Sciences manufacturers. Previously, he was Global Delivery Head of the CPG Business at Wipro Technologies, leading a team of more than 5,000 and focused on delivering cloud technologies, analytics, automation, and digital engineering. Earlier in his career, he served at NuTech Consulting and Infosys. Sachin earned a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and is a Certified Program Manager from Stanford University.
Jeff Tanner leads IntegriChain’s Solutions Delivery practice, responsible for all new customer implementations, platform expansions, and systems integration. Over his 25-year career, he has delivered on more than 100 revenue management and major technology migrations. Mid-tier and Big Pharma Market Access, Finance, and IT teams depend on his technological expertise, business acumen, and project management leadership for these high-profile and critical systems integration planning, implementation, optimization, and support. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Jeff was a Partner at Cumberland Life Sciences, which was acquired by IntegriChain in 2020, and was Senior Director, Contract Management, for Revitas (now Model N). He earned an MBA degree from Miami University.
Jeff Uccello is a highly experienced commercial leader, leading IntegriChain’s Sales effort focused on commercial data solutions. He delivers more than 20 years of experience in Pharma data, including his recent leadership of IntegriChain’s Data Solutions operations; previous senior leadership roles as Group Vice President, Business Development & Growth, at Komodo Health; as Head of Client Development at Trinity Life Sciences; and as Vice President of Customer Accounts and Distribution Sales at IntegriChain. He offers deep industry expertise in pharmacy and distribution, patient services including field reimbursement, Gross-to-Net including demand forecasting and accrual management, commercial operations and incentive compensation, as well as extensive data science experience in data quality management, master data management, data visualization, protected health information, and EDI and its use in trade relationships. Uccello earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
Mike Zubey is a visionary leader renowned for his transformative data solution and leadership in the biotech services industry. He is a key leader IntegriChain’s Sales organization focused on partnering with Pharma manufacturers of all sizes and complexity, including pre-commercial and emerging Pharma manufacturers preparing for their first launch. Previously, Mike was CEO of BridgeView Life Sciences (formerly Coeus Life Sciences), prior to its acquisition by IntegriChain, where he was focused on innovation and pioneering breakthroughs in patient data management and analytics. Prior to BridgeView, he held key leadership roles at ValueCentric, HighPoint Solutions, and IMS Health. Mike’s relentless commitment to advancing healthcare has led him into simultaneous roles as adjunct professor at Villanova University and as a Panel Member of a private equity biotech investment firm. He earned an MBA at Villanova University.
