As an organization, we are committed to implementing enterprise agility and supporting and promoting professional development for the entire global team. We have established mentoring programs for promising professionals and have expanded IntegriChain Academy, an onboarding program that grounds new employees in the company’s vision and values, its products and services, and industry insights.
Our Market Access University program is a comprehensive curriculum designed for new college graduates, our customer-facing teams, and the full IntegriChain team at large to expand knowledge and expertise of the critical role that the Market Access function – the ability to get medicines and therapies into the hands of patients in need – plays in the Pharmaceutical industry. Our curriculum spans industry topics including the economics, the ecosystem, applications, data, and business processes of market access in the Pharmaceutical industry as well as real-world use cases and data and analytics.
Our Culture Club was founded and is run by a diverse group of IntegriChainers across the company — different teams and roles, locations, and professional backgrounds — all working together to develop and cultivate company culture. The goal of this initiative is to reinforce and connect the entire team to our vision and values while creating a fun, positive work environment where everyone can belong. The club meets regularly to discuss how they, as a small group of teammates, can come together to drive all types of initiatives including participating in volunteer events, hosting speaker sessions, planning group outings, and developing ways to connect with their peers in the remote-work world.

We talk and communicate with each other a lot because the best ideas come through collaboration. We think it’s one of our keys to success as a team and organization. For questions, concerns, and just catching up, all leaders and managers have an open door policy, which is pretty easy in an open-floorplan and highly remote environment. We also have a company-wide annual meeting to share company results and plan for the future as well as monthly company-wide update meetings. We make sure our team has the technologies to keep in touch: Zoom, best-in-class hybrid meetings, shared Google Docs and virtual whiteboards, a robust Slack environment for personal and professional connections.
Recognizing the accumulating stress of the pandemic and remote working adjustments to the IntegriChain team at large, we’ve initiated programs to improve team wellbeing and increased our focus on work-life balance. We’ve instituted Meeting-Free Fridays for clearing our calendars and an ongoing meditation and yoga series for breathing deep. We also understand that while many of us love the flexibility of remote working, some of us prefer the office all or some of the time. Each office now offers optional assigned workstations as well as flexible work spaces for collaboration, teamwork, training, and an occasional break from the home office. And all of our teams are selecting additional work-life balance programs that work for their unique needs including sharing a common PTO day, instituting summer hours, and ensuring a multi-day PTO break for all within the next quarter.
We aim our IntegriChain Cares philanthropic activities at organizations dedicated to overcoming economic and racial challenges. Charitable and volunteering activities for the team include the week-long Tech Gives Back program, Life Sciences Cares, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the American Cancer Society, Philabundance in Philadelphia, and others. And the company has adopted the Penn Treaty School in their headquarters city of Philadelphia.
