Philadelphia, PA, March 1, 2016 – IntegriChain, a rapidly growing cloud software company focused on channel management for life sciences suppliers, today announced that it has received a strategic equity investment from Accel-KKR, a leading technology-focused private equity firm. Under the terms of the investment, Accel-KKR will acquire 100% of the equity not held by members of IntegriChain’s management team.
